Welcome to Della Luna Wellness (“Della Luna Wellness,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online booking, and in-studio services, including Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Red Light Therapy, Sound Healing, Lipedema support, and Group Sound Healing (collectively, the “Services”). By visiting our website or booking/receiving any Services, you agree to these Terms and to any policies referenced here (e.g., our Privacy Policy). If you do not agree, please do not use our website or Services.
Della Luna Wellness provides non-medical, holistic wellness services. Our offerings may change over time. The most current descriptions and pricing will appear on our website or booking pages.
Wellness, Not Medical Care. Our Services are complementary wellness modalities and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice. We do not treat, cure, or prevent disease. Always consult your physician or licensed healthcare provider regarding medical concerns or before beginning any new wellness regimen.
Age. You must be at least 18 years old to book or receive Services. Clients under 18 require a parent/guardian present and written consent.
Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete information when booking and before sessions.
Health Disclosures & Contraindications. You must disclose relevant health information (e.g., recent surgeries, cardiovascular issues, infections, cancer status, implanted devices, pregnancy, clot history, photosensitivity, seizure disorders). We may decline or postpone Services if a modality appears unsafe or inappropriate.
Medical Clearance. For post-surgical care or significant conditions, we may require written clearance from your physician.
Personal Conduct. We maintain a professional, respectful environment. Inappropriate behavior, harassment, or intoxication will result in immediate termination of the session with no refund.
Booking. Sessions are booked through our online system or by contacting us directly. Session length, location, and practitioner may vary.
Pricing. Prices, promotions, and packages may change at any time before you book. The price confirmed at booking applies to that appointment.
Payment Methods. Payment is due at booking or at the session, as specified during checkout. We may use third-party payment processors, which may have their own terms and privacy practices.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your session. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your service.
We honor both your time and ours. 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel.
If a session is canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or if the appointment is missed entirely, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book a future session.
We understand that life happens. If you are experiencing a true emergency, please reach out to us directly so we can discuss your situation. We will always strive to support you with compassion and understanding whenever possible.
Packages. Multi-session packages are non-transferable, may have expiration dates, and are subject to these Terms.
Gift Cards/Certificates. Not redeemable for cash (except where required by law), cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, and may include an expiration date where permitted by law.
Promotions. Limited-time offers are valid only during the promotional period and may not be combined unless stated.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD). A gentle technique intended to support lymphatic flow and relaxation; results vary and are not guaranteed.
Red Light Therapy. Not appropriate for everyone (e.g., certain photosensitive conditions/medications, some active cancers unless cleared by a physician, pregnancy where contraindicated). Protective eyewear may be required.
Sound Healing & Group Sound. Relaxation/meditation-oriented. Individuals with sound sensitivity, seizure disorders triggered by auditory stimuli, or implanted devices should seek medical guidance first.
Post-Surgical Care & Lipedema Support. Supportive and complementary only; not a replacement for physician-directed care.
Individual Results. Each person responds differently; no specific outcome is promised or implied.
By receiving Services, you acknowledge these disclaimers and consent to the selected modalities.

Informational Use Only. Website content is for general informational purposes and is not medical advice.
Intellectual Property. All website content (text, images, graphics, logos) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute content without our written permission.

We may refuse or discontinue Services at any time if safety, appropriateness, or policy compliance is in question (e.g., undisclosed contraindications, harassment, or non-payment).
The website and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied), including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflicts of laws rules. You agree that any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website, or the Services will first be addressed through good-faith informal negotiations. If not resolved within 30 days, the dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there. You and we waive trial by jury to the extent permitted by law.
We may update Services, pricing, and these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted on the website with a revised “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the website or Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
